Mended Hearts Members interested in visiting Heart Patients in hospitals receive training from the National Mended Hearts office as well as the local chapter. Visitors also are required to become part of the Hospital Volunteer Program.

Visitors are available to answer questions regarding our programs and provide additional information. All heart patients are given a copy of the Mended Hearts Heart Guide - a resource guide to a healthy heart.
